Your radio is equipped with an anti-theft device which disables the radio in the event of power interruption to the device (such as changing the battery or disconnecting the battery). When this occurs a 5 digit code is required to be input using the radio's channel pre-set buttons to reactivate the radio. This code was on a radio ID card given out at the time the vehicle was originally sold.

By submitting the information below, it will enable us to see if the code for your radio is available without requiring a service visit. In many cases we are able to retrieve the code from Acura, however there are instances where the serial number from the radio is needed to get the code and in that event a service visit is required to get the radio's serial number in order to get the code. In any event we will get back to you within one business day with the code or the info needed to obtain the code.
